GreenTech Building Systems International Inc.

January 17th, 2009

GreenTech Building Systems International Inc. is proud to announce the following:

M3A Architects is one of the fastest growing architectural firms in the United States and has grown continuously over the past several years under the leadership of William McElroy. With the awareness of the need to both preserve natural resources and provide less energy consumption, and as part of a global movement of people working together to sustain the world’s environment and preserve the future of the world, Mr. McElroy has sought products who support his beliefs and the direction of his company. He is pleased to announce his association with GreenTech Building Systems, Inc.

M3A and GreenTech Building Systems, Inc, are providing leadership in taking the building industry “GREEN”. The business relationship of the two companies will make a difference in how they work together to make changes in the building industry both residential and commercial. The alliance of the two companies will help reduce the vast depletion of current resources while at the same time provide a healthier living environment.

In addition, the savings through the usage in the requirement of energy will impact the much needed reduction and stress placed upon the power producing providers lessening the strain for more energy consumption.

To redistribute the population of much needed housing and business by providing a means by where the population can live a healthier and have a safer lifestyle it takes companies who are willing to transform the way they do business. M3A and GreenTech realize the need for this transformation.

The “Go Green” awareness which is currently taking the world by storm has been set up to remind people to be mindful of and sensitive to the natural environment of daily life and is the purpose of alternative building materials supplied by Greentech Building Systems, Inc. Years of negligence of our resources and through other disasters caused by both Mother Nature and discerned people has formulated the much needed interests that something must be done now to show the building/construction industry how to achieve results with new products. M3A and GreenTech Building Systems have taken the first steps to implement these changes.

GreenTech Building Systems is not just an alternative material building company but has a commitment to provide people and the economy a much needed alternative resource that has an unyielding commitment to their customers and the environment by incorporating and promoting Eco-friendly “Green” building materials. Providing sustainable, durable, energy, efficient homes and businesses for the protection and safety of customers is a primary objective of the company.

GreenTech’s founder and CEO, Brandie Puls, has a passion for the “GO GREEN” building techniques and to have the company lead the construction industry with quality materials, consistent standards and customer satisfaction. Through durable materials and construction processes Greentech will continue to promote and reinforce the goal for the preservation of global resources.

Greentech is not a standard SIP manufacturer – the use of steel in the panels built by the company sets them apart from standard SIP’s panels. The building system is designed to be energy efficient, mold/mildew resistant, fire resistant, termite proof, withstand high wind loads, sustainable, durable and reduce time of construction and waste. A normal 1500 square foot house can be completed to dry in stage in less than two weeks. Utility costs for the house will be approximately $60 to $80 per month. In most cases insurance costs is reduced by half. Homes are warranted for a period of 20 years. The company currently holds five (5) different patents for different types of panels.
