Heathrow, Fla. – (July 1, 2010) – Remington College will offer complimentary back-to-school haircuts for children this summer. The annual Cuts for Kids event will take place on 11 Remington College campuses with cosmetology programs.

Parents can bring in children ages 17 and under for a complimentary haircut provided by instructors and students at the Remington College cosmetology school located in their community.

The complimentary haircuts are available for a two-week period prior to the start of most schools in each market.

Adults who bring a child in for Cuts for Kids will get 50 percent off select services for themselves, including haircuts, styling and nail care.

Last year, Remington College provided nearly 2,000 complimentary haircuts during the first year of the Cuts for Kids event.
